Your role:
We’re in business to save our home planet. Your role will contribute to this by supporting and helping develop Patagonia wholesale accounts in Europe. As a part of our Dealer Service, you will help Patagonia sales team and our wholesale customers (“Dealers”) by providing day-to-day support with primary focus on aftersales services (including returns & repairs), but also by being involved in broader wholesale accounts management.
Main tasks:
• Become familiar with Patagonia’s systems & processes in order to handle all service-related inquiries for wholesale accounts.
• Liaise with Customers, Sales Representatives, Logistics and Credit teams to provide a prompt, reliable and high-quality service and operational support to our dealers
• Process returns and repairs for wholesale accounts.
• Monitor and resolve delivery complaints by coordinating with dealers, forwarding services and the Patagonia logistics team
• Manage wholesale orders on a daily basis: enter orders, follow up with adjustments and cancellations
• Maintain ongoing and proactive communication to wholesale accounts and sales representatives regarding system updates, supply issues, shipping timelines, backordered products and cancelled items
• Report and troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues
• Ensuring the back up of other team members
• Complete any ad-hoc DS tasks and assignments as directed by management
What we’re looking for:
• An inclusive mindset
• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or Dealer Service
• Language Skills: Fluent in French and English; in addition, at least basic knowledge of Spanish is required (fluency in Spanish will be an advantage)
• Computer skills (including good knowledge of Excel); experience with ERP (preferably MS Dynamics 365) will be a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service and problem-solving skills
• Strong follow through and attention to detail
• Flexible and adaptable to a fast-faced environment
• Self-starter and ability to work on own initiative
• A natural flair for sales is an advantage
• A love of the outdoors
• An interest in saving our home planet and making a positive impact through your work
Other important details:
• This is a temporary full-time position based in Annecy, France to support our team untill mid-September 2025
• We have a hybrid work model, working from home for maximum 3 days per week (during the first month of your work you will be expected to be in the office all working days to get a proper onboarding)
