Job Description
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager with daily operations, ensuring the store meets its sales targets and maintains operational excellence by effectively leading a high-performing team. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience and embody the brand’s vision, while also mentoring and supporting the leadership and sales associate teams in their development programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a brand ambassador, leveraging the brand’s service culture to enhance customer experience.
- Perform and model exemplary customer service duties on the sales floor.
- Motivate and inspire the team by delivering a compelling vision and purpose.
- Provide regular operational updates to the Store Manager and store team.
- Exceed goals through effective planning, staff training, close collaboration with the inventory team, and expense monitoring.
- Support and collaborate with the Store Manager and Community Marketing Leader in executing store events.
Qualifications
Your Profile:
- Minimum of 1.5 years of management experience in retail, preferably within the sports industry.
- Strong customer service experience with a drive to provide best-in-class retail experiences.
- High level of awareness of social media and digital trends.
- Ability to analyze business trends and reporting to drive sales.
- Passionate about the sports industry.
- Proficient in English and MS Office.
