Job Description
Do you have an expertise in cost controlling ?
Do you have 3 years experiences in supply chain or in the industry sector ?
Join our Finance Team as our new Cost Controller W/M !
You will be dedicated to the softgoods products and your main goal will be :
- Manage, drive, and track the Softgoods purchasing costs by working with the operational managers.
- Identify variances and update the assumptions accordingly.
- Built simulation tools to support and monitor our decisions on P&L and inventories.
Your missions :
- COGS Variances
- Europe & HQ perimeter: prepare and submit COGS variances.
- Worldwide: collaborate closely with local controller to validate COGS variances, mainly inventory adjustment and freight. Consolidate them and ensure forecast accuracy
- Freight: validate the airfreight monthly accrual booking with the transportation department. Provide an air & sea inbound freight follow-up. Track airfreight forecast.
- Ensure standard costs calculation update taking into consideration the root causes (freight, duties, …) of the deviations.
- Prepare comments for each financial exercise: actual, forecast, budget.
- Inventory
- Europe: for each financial exercise, prepare and submit the inventory forecast in collaboration with the supply team. Ensure forecast accuracy.
- Europe: Communicate to the Warehouse Controlling Team, the quantities for IN and OUT
- Worldwide: build a process in collaboration with the supply team to always have an accurate view on the purchasing plan and the inventory projection
- Worldwide: validate inventory forecast with the local controllers, by sharing inputs from the HQ supply chain team.
- Prepare comments for each financial exercise: actual, forecast, budget.
- OPEX
- BA level: responsible for planning OPEX: preparation and consolidation. Define the process and work in collaboration with Softgoods Controllers and HR Controller.
- Organize regular touch points with managers and HR to track and validate the forecast accuracy.
- Responsible of the forecast for Softgood perimeter: Budget and Rolling forecast
- Other responsabilities
- HQ and Shanghai office: OPEX reinvoicing, fees calculation, allocation key validation between all the Footwear brands
- Standard price calculation
- Hedging
- Payables tracking and forecast

Qualifications
Essential Skills & Experience
- 3 years minimun of professional experience (in supply chain or industry controlling appreciated
- Education : Master’s degree

Desired Qualifications
- Language : Proficiency in English
- IT : command of Microsoft Office (advanced Excel), knowledge of information systems
