You will take full ownership of On’s candidate journey, cross-collaborate on candidate experience projects with multiple stakeholders and ensure process optimization. This role is for someone who is great at building relationships, strives for efficiency, whilst continuously seeking new and improved ways of delivering the WOW to the candidates and internal stakeholders.

Your mission

– Manage end-to-end monthly payroll, including payroll calculation, payroll data analysis and risk management for any special case(termination, OT, etc.)
Take ownership of employee benefit related activities (i.e. insurance, health check…) and projects.
– Manage employee lifecycle daily operation, including labor contract management, workday maintenance, and local project support.
– Support regular mobility activities, including WP/RP application, tax support and settling down support.
– Equity Support, including tax reporting, tax & SAFE registration, and payment distribution.
– Work as a key admin user in the HR system in the creation and maintenance of all data to ensure accuracy and proper records.
– You will evaluate, drive and implement process, guideline and workflow optimization – always looking for opportunities to automate and improve.
– Lead or co-lead cross-functional projects that strive to deliver operational excellence and a seamless talent experience for team members.

Your story

– Have 5-8 years of experience in Payroll or C&B, familiar with labor law, government policy, social benefit procedures and regulations.
– Have solid experience in working with processes, data, and systems. Workday knowledge is a big plus;
– Detail-oriented personality with strong initiative and good interpersonal skills.
– Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy thinking outside the box.
– Service mindset and excellent communication in writing and verbally.
– Have the ability to balance multiple priorities and keep up with project scope changes while meeting timelines is important.
