VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional Senior Manager, Total Rewards to join our HR team based in Stabio, Ticino – CH.

You will be responsible for influencing the design and development of a comprehensive Total Rewards strategy for the EMEA, as well as managing total reward programs and job structure programs. You will ensure that the organization remains competitive in the marketplace and helps to attract and retain top talent.

We expect that you will deliver unbeatable results whilst fulfilling the following aspects of the Senior Manager, Total Rewards role:

  • Partner with business clients to understand and support their business objectives by translating the organization’s compensation philosophy and strategy into effective recommendations that impact their functional areas
  • Provide recommendations to management on important changes to the Compensation and Benefits program that will benefit employees
  • Recommend policies that will be beneficial for employee welfare such as accident and health insurance coverage, retirement and pension plans, income continuance, holidays and vacations
  • Provide expert compensation guidance for HR partners and business leaders. Drive consistent compensation processes and communications while providing analysis of internal equity, business conditions, key metrics, and market trends. Educate client groups on compensation policies and programs. Consult client groups on compensation-related issues
  • Conduct analyses of market data, internal equity, job evaluations, regulatory changes, etc.; implement and administer compensation policies and programs, recommending solutions or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related problems
  • Lead the regular market survey participation and assess market data, industry trends, and best practices to create market competitive compensation programs
  • Be the lead in different HR regional/global projects to support the HR initiatives and business objectives
  • Partner with HR community in the annual salary/bonus review cycle, benefits review and budget planning; share recommendations in different cases and provide in-depth analysis to senior management when making decisions
  • Review, analyze and develop action plans, leveraging data from employee survey feedback or HR community on compensation and benefits
  • Lead the annual benefits renewal and open global enrolment cycles including market analysis, plan design, cost modeling, communication and system configuration
  • Partners with People Services to administer benefits plans and policies to ensure an exceptional experience to our employees

You must be a subject matter expert on all things compensation & benefits, being able to provide insights and advice on policies and strategic reward decisions.

Knowledge of Workday, Excel, and a CCP® certification are preferable.
