VF Corporation are looking for an outstanding Senior Manager Commercial Operations for our EMEA Emerging Markets in Istanbul, Turkey.

Let’s Talk About The Role

We are looking for an outstanding team leader, able to drive and execute commercial and marketing initiatives to reinforce and expand VF’s market presence in Turkey.

This role focuses on business development, strategic projects execution and operational leadership to ensure the successful implementation of VF commercial and marketing strategies in the market.

You will be responsible for all operations of the country, specifically for the wholesale and retail activities, including developing a strategic plan, grow the organization revenues, P&L management, in close collaboration with local Finance and HR.

How You Will Make a Difference
You will achieve this by:

• Strategic planning: develop and implement commercial strategies in Turkey aligned with VF’s overall business objectives and in alignment with Brands’ strategic priorities
• Market expansion: identify and maximize new business opportunities to expand VF’s market presence in Turkey
• Develop and deliver annual and seasonal operating and trading plans through all distribution channels (wholesale, franchise, retail, online)
• Operational leadership: oversee daily commercial operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all commercial and marketing activities
• Customer relationships: build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the market
• Performance monitoring: track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement
• Budget management: manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve financial targets and ensure cost efficient decision making
• Compliance: collaborate with local Finance and HR to ensure all operations comply with VF’s policies and regulatory requirements
• Team management: lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture, setting of objectives and providing ongoing feedback
• Coordination and evaluation of direct reports performance and individual objectives
• Set up, develop, lead and inspire a high performing team

Experience

• University degree
• A minimum of 10 years of commercial experience, with exposure to marketing as well
