The global supply chain team is welcoming a technology savvy professional with extensive product ownership experience to join us at the On labs in Zurich. We are excited to offer this opportunity to a seasoned leader with exceptional talent for driving cross functional systems transformation by bringing new initiatives to life and leading end to end project implementations. You will thrive in an environment where ideas quickly become reality, taking responsibility for owning, maintaining and enhancing our supply chain planning tool, Anaplan, to accommodate streamlined, automated, and highly integrated planning processes across the whole supply chain and beyond. With your proven track record in the areas of Project management, Technology, and Supply Chain management, you will drive major transformation projects throughout 2025.

Your mission

– Take ownership for our supply chain planning tool, Anaplan, and ensure the platform is running reliably

– Insure interfaces between Anaplan and On’s broader system landscape are robust and dependable

– Analyze complex problems arising from daily operations with Anaplan. Prioritize and manage their resolution in collaboration with your team as well as with external partners

– Enhance critical functionalities and related processes within and beyond the scope of supply chain planning by identifying and prioritizing requirements from various business streams

– Develop a transformation roadmap and coordinate cycles of major system implementations including conceptual solution design, development, testing, roll out, hypercare, and stabilization

– Manage a diverse group of stakeholders, including direct reports, and collaborate with team members from Supply Chain, Technology, Finance, PMO, and external partners.

Your story

– Degree in, or deep knowledge of Supply Chain management, Technology, Business Administration or related fields

– At least 7 years of working experience. Ideally managing or having implemented Anaplan, or having engaged as product owner for similar planning tools

– You are an exceptional project manager. Connected thinking, structured planning, and concise communication on business as well as technical levels comes natural

– Deep understanding of stakeholder management and seasoned in guiding a diverse project team of experts from various departments

– You are comfortable working highly independent and taking your own initiatives empowers you to perform at your best

– Great technical knowhow of IT systems as well as proven analytical and problem-solving skills

– You can multitask, prioritize and react in an energetic and fast-paced environment
