We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Retail Marketing to join our team. As the Head of Retail Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive foot traffic to our retail locations, increase sales, and enhance brand loyalty.

Your mission

– Develop and implement retail marketing strategies to drive foot traffic to our physical stores and increase sales
– Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing campaigns and promotions to drive revenue growth
– Oversee the development of retail marketing materials, including signage, in-store displays, and promotional materials
– Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
– Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to execute marketing initiatives
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in retail marketing

Your story

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Business Administration or related field
– Experience in both agency and in-house would be preferred
– 15 years of experience in retail marketing, preferably in the sports or retail industry
– Proven track record of developing and executing successful retail marketing campaigns
– Strong leadership and communication skills
