We are seeking an experienced and strategic professional to oversee the operations of our Creative Studio. In this key leadership role, you will ensure the seamless execution of creative projects by managing resources, optimizing workflows, and fostering collaboration across teams. A critical focus of this role is ensuring that the Creative Studio operates efficiently by balancing workload demands with resource availability, working on project scopes and deliverables alongside the creative operations team, and making sure the team is working efficiently.

Your mission

– Lead a team of 2 amazing and talented people, guiding and supporting them when it comes to topics as resourcing
Implement and refine processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and output consistency.
– Lead capacity planning initiatives by forecasting project needs and aligning resources to ensure optimal utilization.
– Develop and manage the studio’s work plan, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources while maintaining quality.
– Serve as the primary liaison between the Creative Studio and internal/external stakeholders.
– Help maintain and identify ways to improve workflow and processes for the Creative Studio team.
– Manage the pool of creative freelancers.
– Maintain a positive attitude and proactive mindset.
– Be a driver of change and an ambassador for the Creative Studio Operations team.

Your story

– 5+ years of experience in creative operations/resource management roles, preferably in an agency environment.
– Proven expertise in capacity planning, budgeting, resource management, and workload optimization.
– Strong knowledge of creative workflows, tools, and technologies, such as project management software (e.g., Asana, Float, or similar).
– Excellent organizational, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
– A calm and proactive approach to resource allocation and resolving planning conflicts.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize based on project deadlines.
– An up-to-date network of great creative freelancers is a bonus.
