JOB MISSION:
The Regional Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for supporting store/areas within all owned retail channels with training and implementing seasonal strategies based on global and regional guidelines. They will drive these initiatives to ensure we achieve our long-term brand and business objectives. You will work cross-functionally with Store/Retail Operations, Regional Retail Marketing, and Regional Brand Presentation to deliver a best-in-class retail experience.
We offer hybrid working and flexibility to working hours to accommodate for a healthy work life balance. Ideal candidates will complete admin tasks 1 day per week from either home/local store with the remaining 3 days visiting other stores, and 1 day working from home. Regular travel will be involved within this role and a flexible approach to working hours will be required as occasional evening and weekend work will be required. Candidates must have a full driving license.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
BRAND

Promote product commerciality and innovative in-store visual presentation with a constant focus on brand integrity.
BUSINESS
-
Liaison between HQ and store on visual presentation directives and seasonal strategies.

Utilize sales reports to drive effective floor presentations.

In tandem with Area/Store Manager, use creative merchandising solutions to achieve KPI results and maximize sell-through.

Review and implement seasonal zoning plans with Store and Visual Managers.

Provide monthly photo, product, and sales feedback to store, market, regional, and global visual teams.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors, sales trends, and market data.
VISUAL
-
Create consistent, globally relevant, and brand-right in-store merchandise presentations through compelling product placement.

Ensure seasonal ISC strategies and visual elements are implemented according to global and regional guidelines.
RELATIONSHIPS

Coach and train teams on New Balance brand aesthetic and Visual Merchandising practices.

Provide insight and feedback to Store Visual Managers, ensuring teams have up-to-date product knowledge and can implement regional and global directives.

Elevate retail experience by providing regular presentations to owned & operated channels.

Build constructive relationships throughout market to align support for brand initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

Expert in visual merchandising doing the role in store or area for more than 3 years.

Full Driving license.

Excellent communication skills to properly manage multi profile contacts at their best.

Ability to work within a team as well as independently.

Flexible, being able to adapt to the company project needs.

Resourceful with problem solving skills and taking initiative to get things done.

High level of Microsoft Office skills.

Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise.

Attention to detail, having the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.

Strong English verbal and written communication skills. Second European language desired.
