Amer Sports Global Business Center is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Purchase to Pay Accounting Assistant to support invoice processing for our North America (NA) entities. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a team environment, is eager to learn, and excels in an ever-evolving workplace.
What you will be doing:
- Working with SAP system
- Processing all transactions related to the Purchase to Pay (PtP) process.
- Matching invoices to purchase orders and goods receipts (Invoice/PO/GR).
- Manage vendor open items and follow up on vendor debit balances.
- Monitoring overdue workflows and taking appropriate follow-up actions.
- Making necessary corrections and resolving invoice discrepancies.
- Ensuring timely processing in compliance with SLAs.
- Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
What you need to succeed:
- Proficiency in English for business communication.
- Strong sense of responsibility and accuracy in work.
- Investigative mindset with a proactive approach to solving issues.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Experience with SAP (advantageous but not mandatory).
