As a Digital Campaigns Lead, you will play a key role within the Global Digital team, an environment where we make ideas happen fast and give you high levels of responsibility. You will be leading global digital campaigns with a strategic and performance-driven mindset, driving consumer engagement, brand growth and revenue outcomes. We are looking for an experienced and self-driven personality that thrives in navigating ambiguity, solving complex challenges, and brings innovative approaches to multi-channel digital campaigns.

Your mission

– Lead impactful product and brand campaigns: own and drive the planning and execution of campaigns across the digital marketing landscape, ensuring strategic alignment with commercial priorities, definition of clear objectives, KPIs and targets, delivering detailed production deliverables and seamless rollout
– Cross functional collaboration: drive collaboration across a wide variety of stakeholders such as Acquisition, CRM, Merchandising, Digital Product Management, Customer Service, ensuring alignment and seamless execution at global and regional levels
– Campaign innovation and optimization: continuously seek innovative approaches to elevate digital campaign performance across owned and paid channels, staying updated on the latest trends and leveraging data to refine strategies and execution
– Data-driven decision making: provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations for campaigns improvement against set targets and long time objectives
– Creative leadership: oversee the creation of compelling creative assets and copy, ensuring they are tailored for each channel while maintaining brand consistency and resonance across global and regional audiences
– Complex project management: lead multi-channel project management processes, ensuring structured timelines, issue escalation, and successful delivery

Your story

– You have 5+ years of experience in leading digital campaigns within a global organization, with a strong understanding of campaign lifecycle management, multi-channel strategy, and KPI ownership
– You have exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills
– You are experienced working within cross-functional teams, interfacing with ecommerce merchandising (website/app), CRM, acquisition, research and insights, creative and art directors as well as content production teams
– You have a strategic mindset, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make decisions that balance innovation and efficiency
– You are experienced in project management for complex, large-scale campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and proactive issue resolution
– You have a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem, with the ability to identify and implement the best strategies across various digital marketing channels
– You are data-driven and can analyze and leverage campaign performance data to inform future strategies and drive optimization
– You are entrepreneurial and proactive, comfortable in fast-paced environments, and driven to take ownership of key initiatives and inspire others toward success
