VF Europe BV is looking for an exceptional Jr Admin Assistant Office Service to join our Office Service team based in Antwerp, Belgium.

The Jr Admin Assistant Office Services support the admin activities in the offices, security, safety and compliance of VF properties (Offices; Showrooms) within Belgium to ensure that they meet the needs of the organization and local statutory requirements

We expect you to deliver exceptional results while fulfilling the primary accountabilities of the role:

• Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks in Antwerp building
• Contribute to manage and organize office supplies and inventory
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
• Provide general support to visitors and staff
• Close cooperation and coordination with central Property team

To thrive as a Jr Administrative Assistant in Office Services, you must efficiently manage daily office tasks while providing exceptional support to the team. Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude are essential to ensure smooth office operations.

• Good communication skills, face to face and in writing
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Analytical and problem-solving
• Decision-making
• Negotiating skills

• Attention to detail but also the ability to see the implications for the bigger picture

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
