Description du poste
As a Junior Material Industrialization Winter Sports Equipement Intern, you will support the design team from Salomon, Atomic and Armada in researching and applying the color master batch for upcoming collections.
You will gain hands-on experience in color development and learn industry standard processes in color trend forecasting. You will also be strongly involved with the industrialization team on establishing a new way of characterization of different material properties (Flexural modulus, Glue adhesion…) The productions are located in Romania, so you will also be in contact the team over there.
Your main missions will be:
• Assist in creating the color master batch aligned with brand aesthetics and seasonal trends.
• Support in material research, sample preparation, and organizing color/material libraries.
• Collaborate with design and product development teams to ensure designs meet technical requirements and quality standards.
• Support the industrialization team by establishing experimental plan (Laboratory testing)
• Participate in team meetings and ability to give conclusions to the experimental plan. Qualifications
Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a degree (Bac +4/+5) in Plastics and chemical industry or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of color theory, materials, and finishes (Excel, Outlook…).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and interested about color and materials in Winter Sports Equipment.
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute creatively in a collaborative environment.
Informations supplémentaires
Full time paid internship based in Annecy (FRANCE) An internship agreement from your school or university is mandatory
Starting date: February / March 2025
