What you will be doing:

As an EMEA HRSS Specialist, you’ll support the entire employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire) across HR and payroll administration. Your key responsibilities will include:

HR & Employee Data Management

• Managing new hires, contracts, and personal data in Workday and third-party systems
• Processing compensation updates, transfers, and job-related changes

Payroll & Payments

• Handling payroll inputs, validations, salary disbursements, and statutory payments
• Managing pension contributions and bonus payments

Reporting & Collaboration

• Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports
• Supporting employee HR and payroll inquiries
• Working closely with Finance, HR Advisory, and cross-functional teams

What you need to succeed:

• Fluency in English (verbal and written) is a must. Knowledge in more European languages is an advantage
• Fluent English (verbal & written); additional European languages are a plus
• HR Administration & Payroll experience (contracts, absence management, terminations, etc.)
• Familiarity with Workday is a bonus; experience with SuccessFactors, SAP HR, SAP PY, ServiceNow, or Zendesk is a plus
• Proactive and self-driven with an innovative mindset
• Strong ownership and accountability for tasks and projects
• Experience in international or global teams
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams
