Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering seamless HR and payroll administration? As an EMEA HRSS Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in managing the full employee lifecycle—from new hire onboarding and payroll input to contract creation and statutory reporting. Collaborate across teams, tackle diverse tasks, and make an impact in a fast-paced, international environment!

What you will be doing:

As the EMEA HRSS Specialist, you will manage key aspects of the employee lifecycle (‘hire-to-retire’) related to HR and Payroll Administration. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating new hires in Workday
  • Preparing employment contracts
  • Managing personal data in Workday and third-party systems (where applicable)
  • Updating compensation details
  • Executing and validating pension contributions
  • Managing employee transfers and job-related updates (e.g., reporting line or manager changes)
  • Processing regular and ad-hoc bonus payments
  • Validating payroll input and output
  • Overseeing salary disbursements and statutory payments
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports (both regular and ad-hoc)
  • Collaborating across teams, including Finance and HR advisory, on shared tasks
  • Handling HR Admin and Payroll-related inquiries
  • Issuing certificates of employment

What you need to succeed:

  • Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in payroll, contracts, and employee data.
  • Proficiency in HR systems like Workday and third-party platforms, ensuring seamless HR processes.
  • Solid knowledge of payroll processes, statutory requirements, and HR administration.
  • Strong analytical skills to validate payroll inputs/outputs and deliver precise reporting.
  • Collaborative mindset, working effectively with Finance, HR advisory, and other teams.
  • Eagerness to take ownership of projects and responsibilities, driving personal and professional growth.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to approach challenges with a critical and innovative mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment, showing respect and understanding of different cultural perspectives.
  • Fluency in English.
