Job Description
RESPONSABILITIES:
- Overall: Oversee marketing channels for 15 European markets on Salomon.com. Drive traffic growth.
- SEM: Coordinate paid search campaigns with global paid team, ensuring profitability and budget compliance
- Paid Social: Coordinate with global paid team the social ads placement, test creatives, optimize messaging
- Programmatic Display: Develop retargeting strategies and actions plans together with global paid team
- CRM: Adapt the ecommerce calendar to drive localized crm campaigns & support S/PLUS Loyalty program initiatives together with global CRM team
- SEO: Implement SEO guidelines, update catalog, optimize localized content, and monitor metrics.
- Partnerships/Affiliation: Manage sales with partners, identify new partnerships, and optimize affiliate programs.
- Planning & Reporting: Provide traffic forecasts, monitor KPIs, deliver performance reports, and recommend channel mix and creative formats.
Qualifications
- Background: 4 years of professional experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
- Education: 5 year degree in E-commerce, Digital, Marketing
- Languages: English proficiency, French is a plus,
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office. Adobe Analytics, Google, Meta
- Skills:
- Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills,
- Strong accuracy and details focus, ability to prioritize and multitask successfully,
- Knowledge of e-commerce indicators and analysis tools,
- Knowledge and sensitivity of fashion and outdoor brands.
- Advanced channel and audience-based targeting knowledge; equally comfortable running prospecting/engagement vs remarketing/conversion-focused campaigns.
Transversal skills:
- Highly analytical and skilled with data; an Excel wizard
- Highly curious. Fueled by the opportunity to learn from and teach with data
- Equally comfortable working independently and in team settings
- Able to independently identify gaps and opportunities
- A strategic thinker that can execute and drive business results
- Comfortable wearing many hats and willing to jump in wherever needed
