Deine Aufgaben

In this role, you’ll spearhead the optimization of our marketing operations, from technology implementation to lead management and conversion strategies. Your expertise will guide the planning and execution of our digital communication and be a key player in our Global Brand initiatives aimed at improving online experiences, UX and upsell conversions. 
Collaborating across departments, you’ll drive e-commerce bookings and refine our marketing funnel. If you’re ambitious, results-driven, and ready to impact our marketing efficiency directly, we’d love to hear from you.

Dein Profil

  • Identify and implement new digital marketing technologies.
  • Lead the integration of lead marketing automation and conversion strategies
  • Implement mobile marketing strategies to engage with target audiences effectively on mobile devices, improving reach and conversion rates.
  • Manage incoming leads and coordinate data to sales and marketing
  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to improve trial and upsell conversion rates.
  • Work closely with Global Brand Team as an expert to plan, design and execute digital web content such as banners, storytelling text, educational content or campaign adaptations.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to optimize landing pages and marketing funnels for effective UX.
  • Continuously optimize user funnels and instrument conversion points.
  • Work as the e-commerce interface to ensure the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and actions that align with business goals
     
  • Support the e-commerce team with search engine optimization  (SEO) developing strategies to achieve high-ranking placements in search results.
     
  • Coordinate pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns with Global Brand team and E-commerce, to ensure conversion focused audience-targeting, and correct implementation alongside non-paid search results.
  • Design, build, and maintain reports on our Global Digital Platforms and e-commerce activity.

Warum wir ?

  • BS/MS degree in marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce or a related field.
  • 2 – 5 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce.
  • Experience optimising landing pages and digital user funnels.
  • key understanding of consumer behaviorism and what creates unique digital desktop/mobile experiences.
  • Ability to develop innovative solutions and concepts within new or returning customer database, that drive customer engagement and business growth.
  • Strong analytical mindset and hungry for data. 
  • SEO & SEA tactics specialist
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including e-commerce and design teams .
  • Working knowledge of Storyblock and Klavyo development preferred.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

  • Professional proficiency in English and German, any other language is a plus.
