VF Corporation - Data Conversion & Cleansing Lead - Stabio

VF is looking for an exceptional Data Conversion & Cleansing Lead to join our Enterprise data management team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

We are seeking a highly skilled Leader to oversee data conversion / cleansing and related release management for a large-scale international business transformation project for global Fashion brands. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of data conversion projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business needs.

• Manage and execute data conversion projects: Ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and within scope, creating a high-quality set of data in our new environments.
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets: Drive business insights and support decision-making.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues: Efficiently and effectively address data discrepancies.
• Collaborate with and manage cross-functional teams: Understand data requirements and deliver tailored solutions through inspiring team management.
• Communicate findings and recommendations: Provide verbal and written reports to stakeholders.

Skills for Success

• Excellent customer focus and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
• Proven expertise in (master) data conversion and related project management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them on time and within scope.
• Experience with ERP and MDM systems and large-scale data migration projects.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
