About the job

Mizuno Italy is looking for a Customer Service Manager to employ in its Customer Service office in Italy. In particular, the candidate will be in charge to lead the Customer Service team.

Key responsibilities and tasks: 

  • Coordination of the Customer Service divisions France, Italy, Spain, German and Netherlands working with the Customer Service Specialists, within a multicultural team;

  • Coordination and control of all phases of order management and shipping and management of returns and complaints;

  • Coordination with the Logistics operator

  • Order progress and turnover reporting

  • Lead all staff member of Customer Service department (more than 15 staff)

What we expect from you:

  • 10 years’ Customer Service experience in similar position and sector

  • Fluent Italian and English

  • Good administration skills

  • Ability to prioritise

  • Working in a fast pace and pressured environment

  • Perfect use of Office pack (Excel, Power Point)

Soft Skills

  • Strong project management skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Attitude to teamwork

  • Coordination and problem solving skills
