Job Description
As a Sportstyle Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to elevate Salomon’s presence in the Sportstyle category. You will work closely with global and regional teams to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion through digital channels. Your expertise in content creation, influencer partnerships, and digital campaigns will help Salomon connect with a new generation of consumers.
Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside Campaign Marketing team to build out and accurately brief asset requirements for digital touchpoint implementation.
- Develop and oversee digital marketing strategies for the Sportstyle category, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Share and optimize digital campaign reports across various platforms (social media, paid media, email marketing, SEO, etc.) for future enhancement.
- Help drive the vertical Sportstyle social media and collaborate with HQ communications department to ensure category implementation on brand channels.
- Collaborate with content creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors to enhance brand visibility and authenticity.
- Brief and oversee the creation of engaging and high-quality digital content (videos, visuals, copy) that align with brand and category identity.
- Seek out social platform and consumer insights to optimize strategies and improve engagement.
- Work closely with e-commerce and retail teams to drive traffic and conversion through digital content.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to keep Salomon at the forefront of innovation.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the fashion, sports, or lifestyle industries.

Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Social Media Insights).

Experience in influencer marketing, social media management, and content creation.

A creative and strategic mindset with the ability to translate brand vision into compelling digital campaigns.

Excellent project management and communication skills.
Specific skills :
o Understanding of the fashion/sneakers/lifestyle market, consumers & communities such as the performance/ sports market as well.
o Organized, proactive, creative team worker and ability to work in a fast/dynamic environment.
- Language(s): Excellent standard of English, good standard of French
- IT Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Pack
