Business :

  • Develop and maintain the best relationship with customers in your area
  • Participate to the seasonal sales
  • Identify and prospect a selective distribution
  • Make and deliver a smart analysis about the market

Reporting :

  • Manage the activity via specific indicators : sales performance, penetration, qualitative feedback from our partners, etc.
  • Give feedback and make presentations about your activity

Admin :

  • Coordinate with our ADV department the correct respect of the delivery deadlines
  • Guarantee with the help of our accounting department the respect of the payment terms of our customers

Branding :

  • Know and present the VEJA project and the various collections
  • Be a brand ambassador
  • Train our partners about the VEJA project

Profil recherché

Experience :

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Rep or in a similar position
  • Solid understanding of Wholesale and the footwear industry (selective distribution)
  • Solid knowledge of the market and dealers in Germany
  • Knowledge of sustainable market and brands
  • Knowledge of the sports lifestyle industry

Soft skills :

  • Great relationship to interact and connect with people position
  • Being able to work with demanding resellers
  • Being a great listener to quickly and accurately identify customer needs
  • Being flexible to find efficient solutions
  • Rigorous and organized
  • Flexible to travel

Hard skills:

  • Sales and negotiation techniques
  • SAP or on a business management software (ERP)
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office Pack (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Another language is a plus.

The position is based in Düsseldorf, but we are flexible.
