You’ll work closely with hiring managers to find and recruit the best candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for them. You’ll also help improve our recruitment processes, identify effective sourcing channels, and contribute to our employer branding.

What you will be doing:

• Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions, adhering to AS recruitment guidelines, with a primary focus on the German and Austrian markets.
• Interviews & Assessments: Conduct interviews and assessments while coordinating the recruitment process with hiring managers and other key stakeholders.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a range of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, direct search, and active sourcing techniques. 
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to align on candidate expectations and interview processes.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to ensure competitive and effective recruitment strategies.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and engaging experience for candidates from first contact through to onboarding.
• Collaboration & Alignment: Work closely with hiring managers and leadership teams across locations, ensuring recruitment strategies and goals are aligned.

What you need to succeed:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
• Demonstrated expertise in direct search, active sourcing, and a comprehensive understanding of the EMEA job market.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for building strong, collaborative relationships with managers, leaders, and HR colleagues across a global organization.
• Creative and strategic thinking to differentiate Amer Sports as an employer of choice in the talent market.
• Proficient in managing applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes.
• Strong digital skills and expertise in using social media platforms for sourcing and recruitment marketing.
• Self-directed and innovative mindset.
