Are you passionate about HR systems and eager to contribute to a global organization? We are seeking a talented Workday Specialist (HCM) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the global system administration of Workday, ensuring smooth operation and supporting our HR users across the globe.

What you will be doing:

  • Global System Administration: Configure and maintain the global Workday HCM system, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to operational HR users, addressing their Workday-related questions, service requests, and enhancement needs.
  • Process & Configuration Enhancements: Participate in planning, solution, and testing of process changes, configuration enhancements, and new functionalities within Workday.
  • Project Participation: Engage in small, agreed-upon projects to improve the system and user experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to enhancing the team’s working methods and sharing best practices across the organization.

What you need to succeed:

  • Strong knowledge of Workday HCM configuration is required.
  • Would be an advantage:
    • Configuration knowledge of Workday Time Off, Absence, and/or Time Tracking
    • Experience with Workday Reporting & Dashboard skills anokd configuration
    • Familiarity with Workday Docs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Being proactive and action-oriented
  • Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels in a global matrix organization.
  • Comfortable with change and ambiguity, able to easily navigate through uncertainty.
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities; a strong team player.
