ALLGEMEINER ZWECK

Als Store Manager bist Du nicht nur für einen exzellenten Kundenservice und den Verkauf von Salomon Produkten verantwortlich, sondern unterstützt auch den Store Manager bei den täglichen Geschäftsabläufen.

Wir bieten Dir die Möglichkeit, dich auf verschiedene Bereiche in unserem Store zu konzentrieren – Visual Merchandising, Marketing & Community Führung oder Operations.

Das bedeutet, dass Du für die Gestaltung des Stores, bei der Planung von verschiedenen Veranstaltungen im Store oder auch für die Social Media-Kampagnen des Flagship-Stores verantwortlich sind.

Zusätzlich schließt das Aufgabengebiet des Store Managers die Organisation des Lagerraums sowie die Organisation der Lagerbestände ein.

 

Deine tägliche Aufgaben:

• Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Erreichung der Ziele
• Training, Mentoring und Motivation des Store-Teams
• Aktive Kundenberatung und Verkauf von Salomon Sportartikeln
• Umsetzung der Visionen der Marke und Abläufe, sowie Vorschläge zur Optimierungsmöglichkeiten
• Umgang mit dem Warenwirtschafts- und Kassensystem
• Unterstützung bei der effizienten und effektiven Umsetzung aller Abläufe im Store (Warenannahme/-prüfung, Lagerung etc.)

 

GENERAL PURPOSE

As a Store Manager, you will not only be responsible for providing excellent customer service and selling Salomon products, but you will also support the Store Manager in the daily operations of the store.

We offer you the opportunity to focus on different areas in our store – Visual Merchandising, Marketing & Community Leadership or Operations.

This means that you will be responsible for the design of the store, in the planning of various events in the store or also for the social media campaigns of the flagship store.

Additionally, the Store Manager’s responsibilities include organising the stock room as well as organising the stock.

 

Your daily tasks:

• Implementation of measures to achieve the goals
• Training, mentoring and motivation of the store team
• Active customer advice and sales of Salomon sporting goods
• Implementation of the brand’s visions and processes, as well as suggestions for optimisation possibilities
• Handling the merchandise management and cash register system
• Supporting the efficient and effective implementation of all processes in the store (goods receiving/checking, storage, etc.)

 

Qualifications

Your Profile:

• Du bringst mindestens 1,5 Jahre einschlägige Erfahrung in einer führenden Position im Einzelhandel mit
• Du möchtest Deine Leidenschaft für die Sportindustrie mit Deiner beruflichen Aufgabe verbinden
• Du liebst den Umgang mit den Kunden und schaffst außergewöhnliche Erlebnisse
• Du kannst Erfahrung im Aufbau enger Kundenbindungen vorzeigen
• Ein ausgezeichnetes Verständnis für den Einzelhandel Deinerseits ist von Vorteil
• Du bist bereit zu Einsätzen nach Schichtplan, die Abende oder Wochenenden einschließt
• Du bist motiviert und lernbegeistert
• Du kennst Dich mit der Anwendung von MS Office und den wichtigsten Kennzahlen aus
• Wenn Du Dich außerdem noch mit unseren Salomon Produkten auskennst, wäre das fantastisch!

Your Profile

• You have at least 1.5 years of relevant experience in a leading retail position
• You want to combine your passion for the sports industry with your professional role
• You love interacting with customers and creating exceptional experiences
• You can demonstrate experience in building strong customer relationships
• An excellent understanding of retail on your part is an advantage
• You are willing to work a shift schedule that includes evenings or weekends
• You are motivated and eager to learn
• You know how to use MS Office and the most important key figures
• If you are also familiar with our Salomon products, that would be fantastic!
