In short
As the Senior Lead – Offline Commercial Analytic, you make big ideas, bigger and implement them with excellence. This is the team responsible for scaling our products, channels, categories across the Greater China markets in close partnership with our channel leaders (Retail, Wholesale and Ecommerce) as well as operations, product, finance, and marketing leaders.
Your mission
– Responsible for daily business data management and analysis of the commercial team, extracting potential problems and opportunities, and providing in-sights on improvement areas or potential issues across channels to hit the sales targets.
– Assist sales Leaders in the forecast process to deliver a bottom up forecast as accurate as possible on a regular basis. Participate in sales team target setting and assist to improve sales target setting principles and tools.
– Collaborate with the merchandising team to translate the product and go to market planning to channels and shape future assortment forecasts through analysing the sell-in, sell-out data and market trends.
– Managing and planning of commercial projects/initiatives end to end effectively, through coordinating with the team to update progress, share updates, and capture risks, communication across global and local teams to drive expected deliveries from each party.
– Share the insights and plannings with internal and external teams to engage and onboard resources.
Your story
– Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mathematics, statistics or related fields.
– You are capable of using conventional mathematical statistics, data analysis, and data mining tools to process and analyze data.
– You have good business sense and big picture thinking,experience in sports retail industry knowledge is plus
– You have good communication and coordination skills, strong influence, strong learning ability, and a sense of responsibility.
– You understand product, customer, channel, and marketing and how to make them all work together
– You bring strong experience working across Retail and wholesale partnerships
