In short

The global supply chain team is looking for a technology and systems-savvy
professional to join the team at the On labs in Zurich. We are excited to offer
this role to a driven team player with great problem-solving skills and a
mindset to leverage own ideas and bring new initiatives to life.
You will work in an environment where we make ideas happen fast as you take
responsibility for maintaining and enhancing our ERP system to enable
superior operational performance within the team. With your proven technical
and Supply chain skillset, you will ensure daily operational support and
contribute to improvement projects, offering great opportunities for growth in
your position!

Your mission

– Provide daily operational support to our system end users by owning our
internal Supply Chain ticketing tool. Identify the severity of the issues
raised and prioritize as well as resolve them effectively

– Assure interfaces run reliably and fast between D365 and our Supply
Chain tools such as our Vendor management and Supply Chain Planning
systems

– Analyze more complex problems and manage their resolution within the
On team as well as with external partners

– Act as a key stakeholder to our Master Data team and continuously
support the system setup of our Supply Chain attributes

– Contribute to various improvement Supply Chain projects including
requirements gathering, testing , implementation and hypercare

– Learn and master new Tech tools and associated processes

Your story

– Degree and good knowledge of supply chain management, business
administration, information technology or related technical fields

– At least 3 years of working experience, ideally working with ERP
systems, preferably Dynamics 365, and their associated tech
landscape such as Vendor Management Portals and Supply Chain
planning tools

– Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to rapidly address
pressing problems with a solution oriented mindset. You’re proficient
working with Excel

– You are comfortable working independently and taking your own
initiatives comes naturally

– You can multitask, prioritize and react in an energetic and fast-paced
environment

oriented! We create and introduce processes, while continuously challenging
the status quo and existing “industry standards”.
We work closely with various teams such as Sourcing, Technology, Sales,
Finance, Controlling and various functional sub teams within Supply Chain in
order to support our business’ global growth whilst continuously ensuring
operational excellence.
