In short

We are looking for an Ecommerce Merchandise Planning Specialist to support our Apparel and Accessories categories in the EMEA region. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of our ecommerce strategy, working closely with the wider EMEA Digital Team to provide useful insight on how our products are performing online and how we can optimise our buying process.

Your mission

– Own the Ecommerce Apparel and Accessories seasonal buys and product forecasts to define the product mix for EMEA markets, leveraging insights from historical data, market trends, product launches and the campaign calendar, ensuring alignment with the broader global Ecommerce and Apparel product strategies
– Work closely with retail merchandise planners to ensure our assortments are aligned, delivering a seamless omnichannel experience for our customers
– Partner with Demand Planning ahead of purchase orders to make rolling adjustments based on actual and projected inventory performance
– Collaborate with Global and Regional Merchandising teams to gather insights on upcoming collections, leveraging data analysis and online sales trends to influence the direction of future product assortments
– Act as the primary point of contact for all forecasting-related matters for Apparel and Accessories, working closely with the Trading team to analyze actual sales performance. Use these insights to assess future sales trends and adjust forecasts on a monthly basis
– Seek ways to improve processes, tooling and collaboration with the broader digital team
– Enhance cross-functional collaboration within Digital and the wider organization by consolidating and sharing knowledge and insight

Your story

– You have 1-3 years of work experience in e-commerce, merchandising, analytics or a planning role, ideally within the consumer product or sports industries
– You have proven analytical skills with a strong knowledge of assessing business opportunities, building insights and recommendations from large data-sets
– You are excellent at managing multiple stakeholders and building consensus on proposed solutions across regions and functions
– You approach challenges & opportunities with curiosity, embodying a growth mindset whilst implementing creative, action-oriented solutions
– You thrive in a dynamic and complex environment with the ability to work autonomously
– You are highly flexible and determined to deliver assigned targets in a fast-changing setup
– You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
