In short
Our Retail Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to guide and support our growth journey, by leading the recruiting strategy and its execution for our GCA Retail Operations teams and Store Advisors and Leaders across our Chinese retail stores. You will utilize data, reports, and dashboards to illustrate the recruiting pipeline, analyze results and course correct where necessary.
Your mission
– Lead and manage end-to-end recruiting for GCA Retail roles – from market research, sourcing, candidate assessment & management, to offer negotiations & acceptance from Store Advisor level to Cluster level, and retail back office positions.
– Independently manage retail hiring in a specific region/city, to support multiple types of hiring project such as, New Store Opening (NSO) , Existing Store Relocation & Expansion, Existing Store Replenishment.
– Identify opportunities to enhance candidate experience and hiring efficiency together with the Retail TA team, through strategic projects
– Collaborate with retail stakeholders across China and a range of global stakeholders on regional Retail roles based in multiple locations.
– Improve upon our existing programs and processes seeking to raise the bar with every hire
– With future opportunities in mind, manage your candidate pipeline across live roles, future-oriented talent pools and succession planning
Your story
– Minimum of 6 years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting
– Minimum 2 years’ experience in Retail frontline store advisor and store management team hiring, preferably in premium retail brands
– Ability to partner with multiple functional leaders and internal Talent teams to understand the business needs and be able to translate to talent needs
– Demonstrable examples of delivering a WOW candidate experience
– Business-level English knowledge in speaking and writing is a must
