As a Senior Specialist- Sales Enablement you will strategically manage and contribute to On’s success by keeping sales moving, transforming business strategies into action and enabling the sales team to deliver a WOW experience to our partners. This highly cross-functional role will need you to collaborate with and influence multiple departments and teams within the EMEA region and globally. You will showcase an end-to-end understanding of existing and future sell-in process and commercial knowledge, coupled with solid project management and communication acumen.
Your mission
– Serving as the go-to for all things collections and seasons for the EMEA sales team. You guide – You coach – You troubleshoot – You prevent. You innovate.
– Understanding the current sell-in process – including tiering, samples and showroom process; and advocate for solutions that meet business needs and improve the way we do sell-in.
– Driving efficiency and productivity by being a strong voice in how we best define our sell-in strategy and leading digitization and automation to increase ease of doing business.
– Aligning across regions and with the global commercial strategy team to define, prioritize, and execute projects.
– Working with EMEA key cross-functional stakeholders to ensure collaboration when designing solutions.
Your story
– Typically 3 years of experience in multiple commercial functions across Sales, Customer Service, Branding, Operations, Supply Chain, and Tech.
– You are process savvy, and you understand business requirements of B2B retail partners.
– You are skilled in project management and can pro-actively troubleshoot and find solutions.
– You are data driven and bring strong analytical skills.
– You are comfortable with a fast-paced working, growth environment and can navigate a certain level of ambiguity
– You love people and jump at the possibility of connecting with someone new and developing business relationships across functions.
– Fluent or C1+ level in English, additional languages a plus!
