Let’s talk about the role!     

You as Specialist, Marketing Content Kipling will report to the Marketing Operations Manager, and you will play a vital role in supporting the development and execution of our global marketing initiatives.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product merchandising, creative services, and the regional marketing teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.

How You Will Make a Difference

You will achieve this in the following key areas:

  • Project Management: Support multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met, resources and budget are allocated effectively, and stakeholders are kept informed about project progress. Projects include:

    • Brand portal management & uploads

    • Sales Catalogue organisation

    • E-com photoshoots organisation

  • Content Management: Own the deployment and viability of assets produced via our brand portal:

    • Manage external and internal communication related to content creation (agencies, internal departments and brand team)  

    • Brand portal management & uploads

    • Manage usage rights and ensure all legal aspects are handled efficiently

  • Copy: Collaborate with internal and external copywriters to create engaging marketing copy, including website & CRM copy, social media content, and advertisements.

  • Brand Management: Support brand consistency by ensuring global marketing materials align with the brand guidelines. Monitor brand usage across regions and provide guidance to local marketing teams.

Skills for Success

You should:

  • Have 2-3 years experience in marketing coordination or a similar role, preferably in a global or international environment. Experience in an agency or brand is a plus.

  • Have experience in production management to effectively coordinate shoots, budgets, and timelines is a must.

  • Be a highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment;

  • Have strong project management skills. Being able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines;

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills (English), with a keen eye for detail;

  • Be driven to learn and develop, embracing new challenges and opportunities for growth;

  • Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners;

A formal education and subsequent University bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
