In this innovative ecosystem, you will drive the business of our European Digital Key Accounts.
Your mission
– Strategic development of existing and new digital key accounts in the European market working to our global key account plan. Strengthening and prioritizing strategic relationships.
– Support the development of account strategies, formalizing them via strategic account plans and in alignment to the overall business and brand strategy
– Responsibility for sales related budget planning, planning and implementation of individual marketing initiatives and close cooperation with the marketing department
– Supporting the online business growth of existing B2B key accounts by identifying business opportunities and bringing digital expertise to our sales teams
– Daily sales analytics of identified key accounts to increase sell-in and sell-out
– Preparing and deliver sales presentations using On material and data in a meaningful and strategic manner to your customer base
– Collaborating cross-functionally with other On teams to meet deadlines and deliver best-in-class service, ensuring we uphold our commitment to seamless collaboration.
Your story
– 3+ years of relevant experience in a digital key account management role, in addition to relevant sales, account management or business development experience.
– As a digital expert you are familiar with all relevant KPI’s and you know how to leverage digital potential at international Key Accounts
– A keen understanding of premium sales strategies.
– A proven track record for relationship building and B2B partner management to strategically prospect, prioritize and strengthen accounts.
– A strong analytical skills set with the ability to build a new structure
– A future-oriented mindset that relishes the challenge of developing business with an existing customer base as well as creating new opportunities for growth
– A self-motivated character, with the ability to work effectively unsupervised as well as being able to collaborate and contribute positively to the EMEA Sales Team
– Ability to engage customers and present our products, technology and philosophy in an inspiring way. You are confident presenting to a group
– Understanding of local markets’ consumers, accounts and commercial needs
– Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English; additional languages are a plus!
– Comfortable traveling for business internationally

To connect On as a brand more closely with EMEA consumers through strategic relationships with the EMEA Key Accounts as well as Global Key Accounts steered out of EMEA. How do we do this? We pioneer new ways of strategic account management and growth. We enhance the EMEA Sales team with more cross functional strategic account management.
