The Senior Director, Enterprise Financial Systems will be responsible for our global financial systems strategy & vision, including leading various transformation initiatives, including but not limited to implementing OneStream, S4, Blackline, and MDG as well as continually leveraging / implementing best in class technology to identify automation opportunities and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function. We are looking for an experienced financial systems professional capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, rapidly growing and fluid organization.
What you will be doing:

Oversee Key Financial Applications: Manage the company’s most critical financial applications, including the global consolidation tool (OneStream), ERP (SAP & S4), account reconciliation tool (Blackline), lease software, and financial reporting tool (Workiva).

Lead Global OneStream Implementation: Spearhead the global rollout and adoption of OneStream for consolidations and reporting.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Global Business Services, IT, Risk and Controls, and Transformation teams to implement system changes, ensuring the adoption of best practices across the organization.

Shape the Vision for Financial Systems: Drive the strategic roadmap for global financial systems while establishing governance and controls to ensure accurate, efficient product delivery.

Improve Financial Processes: Evaluate current financial processes and systems, recommend improvements, and drive implementation from budgeting and ROI analysis to project completion.

Enhance Finance Efficiency: Use both existing and new technologies to optimize finance operations, ensuring process consistency and strong controls.

Build Strong Stakeholder Relationships: Develop relationships across various business functions, manage expectations, and ensure transparency and collaboration on system solutions.

Ensure System Health and Integrity: Monitor the health of financial applications, ensuring compliance, troubleshooting issues, especially during month-end close, and maintaining data integrity.

Vendor and EPM Team Management: Oversee the EPM team’s tasks, projects, and enhancements, ensuring timely completion and collaborate with vendors to improve system efficiencies and reduce costs.

Support Financial Reporting: Collaborate with Finance and Accounting leaders to support external reporting, budgeting, and internal management reporting.

Oversee Global Data Integrity: Manage the integrity of financial data, including master data governance and code blocks for reporting purposes.
What you need to succeed:

Education: A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, data analytics, or management information systems (advanced degree preferred).

Experience: At least 15 years of financial systems experience within a complex multinational organization.

ERP Expertise: Deep understanding of ERP functions, workflows, and processes, particularly with international expansion and global consolidations.

Strategic Leadership: A proven ability to provide thought leadership on shaping future financial systems, including leveraging AI and understanding its impact on policy and controls.

Technical Development Experience: Previous experience in the technical development of financial systems.

Global Matrix Organization Experience: Strong ability to navigate and influence in a global, matrixed organization, using excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Project Management Skills: Effective in managing projects, including scope definition, timeline estimation, resource and capacity planning, and successful delivery.

Process Transformation: Demonstrable success in executing process transformation initiatives.

Change Leadership: Ability to drive change and influence cross-functional teams with a collaborative mindset.

Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills to convey complex information clearly to all levels of the organization.

Software Proficiency: Experience with financial systems such as Hyperion, OneStream, Blackline, or Oracle is a plus.
