As the Senior Creative Lead for Campaign Design at On, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand narrative and driving global campaigns that resonate with athletes worldwide. You’ll lead a team of talented 3D designers, harnessing their creativity to bring our campaigns to life in our physical spaces. From conceptualising global campaign windows, to orchestrating captivating pop-ups, activations and brand stunts, you’ll infuse every project with innovation, excellence and originality.

Your mission

– Coach and mentor your team of talented 3D designers, fostering a culture of creativity, curiosity, collaboration and excellence.
– Conceptualize and design compelling global campaign windows and in-store activations that showcase On’s latest innovations and product launches.
– Develop and streamline processes to optimise the efficiency and effectiveness of campaign design initiatives.
– Oversee the planning and execution of campaign activation events, including pop-ups and brand stunts, to engage our fans and drive brand affinity.
– Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between campaign objectives and brand marketing strategy.
– Provide strategic leadership for DTC and B2B channels, leveraging your industry expertise to support business expansion and to increase brand awareness and market penetration.
– Manage regional designers in North America and China, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all markets.

Your story

– Minimum of 7+ years of retail industry experience in creative design, with a proven track record of delivering impactful campaigns for global brands.
– A creative visionary with a keen eye for design and a passion for pushing the boundaries of innovation. You’re a non-conformist, original thinker who can champion creative ideas into reality.
– Strategic leadership skills with a deep understanding of DTC and B2B channels, ideally within the athletic footwear, lifestyle or fashion industries. You can inspire, motivate and coach high performing teams.
– You have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies to influence stakeholders at all levels.
– You excel in a dynamic, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
– Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, or equivalent industry experience.

The Visual Experience department is made up of the Visual Merchandising, Campaign Design and Campaign Production teams. We shape, enhance and define the visual expression of the brand, through holistic, curated product storytelling and impactful campaign activation in DTC, B2B, showrooms and events. We tell stories that push our purpose and to connect, inspire and engage with our communities and fans.
