Job Description

As Sales Support, the primary objective of this position is to provide support to the sales & marketing teams through the analysis of data from the company’s information system, including internal billing and customer order data, as well as sales data provided by customers. Sales Support will be responsible for creating reports necessary for the sales and marketing team, in order to optimize sales strategies and improve the team’s overall performance.   

Your daily tasks:

  • Weekly reports creation and update for the different teams
  • On a weekly basis update regular analysis and process billing, customer order and sales data to identify significant trends and patterns.
  • Create detailed reports and analysis that help the sales team make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to understand their needs and provide them with the necessary information.
  • Keep the customer database updated and ensure data integrity.
  • Provide all reports to the sales teams while guaranteeing the quality of the data always on time.
  • Weekly follow up of the orderbook to check we are delivering on time and in full, close coordination with CSR
  • Calculation of agents’ commissions

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a similar role where reports have been built to support sales teams facilitating decision making processes.
  • Use to work with info coming from SAP will be a plus

Main responsibilities area

  • Solid knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly strong excel skills
  • Experience working with confidential information
  • Expert in Microsoft Office – Excel
  • Comfortable with numbers, Methodical and organized approach
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written
  • Ability to anticipate, solve problems, prioritize, work under pressure

Transversal competences

  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
  • Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools, such as Excel, Power BI and data visualization software.
  • Ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to different audiences.
  • Detail orientation and ability to work autonomously.
  • Well organized to be able to manage multiple task at the same time
  • Interpersonal skills to collaborate with different teams and levels within the organization.
