Amer Sports Global Business Services is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase to Pay Accounting Assistant to manage invoice processing. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and thrives in a collaborative environment. What you will be doing:

  • Processing all transactions related to the Purchase to Pay department.
  • Matching invoices to purchase orders and goods receipts (Invoice/PO/GR).
  • Managing vendor open items and following up on vendor debit balances.
  • Monitoring overdue workflows and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Resolving invoice discrepancies and making necessary corrections.
  • Ensuring timely processing in line with SLAs.
  • Performing additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What you need to succeed:

  • Proficiency in English for effective business communication.
  • Basic accounting knowledge.
  • A responsible and accurate approach to work.
  • Investigative mindset with the ability to take initiative on important issues.
  • A proactive work approach and good time management skills.
  • A willingness to learn and grow within the role.
  • Experience with SAP (advantageous but not mandatory).
