What you will be doing:

• Lead Projects: Manage a variety of IT initiatives to align with business goals and ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business leaders to prioritize projects and streamline workflows for project leads.
• Allocate Resources: Ensure teams have the right skills and support for smooth project execution.
• Partner with IT & Cybersecurity: Coordinate with technical teams to deliver secure, compliant, and impactful outcomes.
• Document & Communicate Progress: Maintain clear records, provide updates, and ensure effective communication across all teams.
• Foster Team Success: Build cross-functional teams and create an environment where collaboration thrives.
• Apply Best Practices: Implement project management standards to support strategic organizational goals.

What you need to succeed:

Experience & Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management or a related role.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana or Jira.
• Familiarity with IT security protocols (e.g., SOX) and experience working with cybersecurity teams.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
