At Amer Sports, we’re looking for a Process & Standards Specialist – Logistics to help us shape, document, and improve core processes across our global Distribution Centers. Whether you already have logistics experience or are eager to grow into it, this role offers room to learn, lead, and contribute to global initiatives.

What you will be doing:

In this role, you’ll support the documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement of warehouse-related processes across all our Distribution Centers. You’ll be involved in both the design and implementation phases of new initiatives and help ensure alignment with global standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Documenting and maintaining warehouse processes in a centralized tool
• Ensuring standards are implemented across our global network
• Identifying improvement opportunities and supporting rollout projects
• Translating compliance and legal requirements into logistics procedures
• Developing and maintaining guidelines related to sales order handling, customer returns, labeling, packaging, and more
• Supporting logistics data standardization (e.g., master data, units of measure)
• Leading or supporting process optimization projects such as DC capacity planning, VAS optimization, and forecasting

What you need to succeed:

• A process-driven mindset with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong ability to analyze, define, and implement process improvements across multiple teams and locations
• A background in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain, ideally from studies in these fields (practical experience in the area is a plus, but not required)
• Background in project management and continuous improvement initiatives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, process documentation software, and ERP systems (SAP, WMS knowledge is a plus)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and work in a multicultural environment
• University / college degree, Engineering, Business, or Logistics school background
• Fluency in English (German or French is a plus)
