VANS EMEA is looking for an exceptional Multichannel Planner to join our Multichannel Business Operation  team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

Let’s Talk about the Role

As a Multichannel Planner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Sales Team in analyzing sales, tracking business actions, and proposing corrective measures to ensure the effective planning and execution of the Brand’s strategy. Additionally, you will manage analytics for pre-book campaigns and related forecasts, while closely monitoring the progression of the orderbook.

How You Will Make a Difference

You will achieve this by:

  • Lead the in-season Prebook Landing weekly calls with Sales and track opportunities/risks.
  • Develop the pre-season prebook forecasts and targets and prepare kick-off meetings for Leadership Team.
  • Control the progression of orderbook by accounts and category.
  • Drive ad-hoc analysis across channels to track business performance and unlock opportunities.
  • Provide business insights and analytics for the local Sales Team.
  • Coordinate the collection of commercial needs across the sales organization and align with headquarters for planning and execution.
  • Support local sales team in the approval process for returns, markdowns, cancellations, credit notes, disputes, and validate seasonal discounts checks.

Skills for Success

  • At least 2 years of experience in planning, finance, or at a big consultancy firm.
  • Master’s Degree in economics, statistics, or management engineering.
  • Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Highly proficient in Excel and data management.
  • Good understanding of business processes and sales strategies for a fast-paced, growing, and international company.
