Your field of play
The Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations as well as some key supply chain processes. This role is critical in ensuring efficient production, high-quality standards, effective resource management, and seamless global distribution. We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of both operations and supply chain management in the technical clothing manufacturing industry.

Your story
Be successful in this position you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager and/or Supply Chain Manager in the technical clothing manufacturing industry or a similar field.
  • Strong understanding of production planning, quality control, supply chain processes, and logistics management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in using ERP systems and other relevant technology solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of global distribution and logistics management including importing and exporting is a must.
