As a Key Account Marketing Lead, you will lead On’s marketing efforts in the Run Specialty channel for some of our largest, most strategic partners. You will translate global initiatives into regionally relevant, account-specific tactics and develop unique go-to-market strategies for each individual retailer. You will join a team that delivers dynamic consumer engagement opportunities and drives conversion in world-class retail experiences both in-store and online.
Your mission
– Lead and implement an integrated go-to-market strategy for key retail partners, encompassing product launches, brand-building campaigns, evergreen initiatives, a robust digital marketing plan, and impactful community events
– Oversee and manage daily marketing activations for several key accounts, ensuring execution aligns with strategic goals
– Collaborate in cross-functional strategic planning for key accounts, contributing insights and aligning efforts across teams
– Leverage sales and marketing data to generate comprehensive reports, analyzing campaign performance and key learnings
– Ensure consistent and engaging brand storytelling across all retail touchpoints, both digital and in-store
– Collaborate with trade marketing and visual merchandising teams to maintain consistency in in-store product presentation
– Manage complex and large marketing budgets across multiple accounts, ensuring effective allocation and tracking
Your story
– 3+ years of experience in brand or partner marketing, ideally with a premium sportswear brand
– Experience with global premium retailer wholesale environments, both digital and brick-and-mortar
– Experience in budget management, including expertise in forecasting, actualization, accruals, expense tracking, and strategic financial planning to ensure efficient allocation and utilization of resources
– Skilled in storytelling, effectively communicating vision, achievements, and obstacles to diverse audiences, while confidently challenging perspectives to drive results
– Experience managing multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously for a variety of retailers, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and timely execution of goal
– Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, fluctuating based on business needs
