Your mission
We’re looking for a Digital Content Production Intern to support the creation and optimization of engaging website and app content that showcases our brand’s story and innovation. As part of the E-Commerce Merchandising & Optimization team, you’ll play a key role in enhancing our digital experiences by managing content updates, monitoring performance, and experimenting with new ideas to improve user engagement and conversion. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll help craft seamless, customer-centric journeys that connect content and products in meaningful ways, contributing to our mission of building brand loyalty through elevated digital experiences.
– Build, maintain, and enhance brand-related content across the website and app, including OFF stories, Athlete pages, campaign touchpoints, and product updates
– Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, sharing basic insights to support the development of best practices
– Propose and test innovative content formats, layouts, and linking strategies to optimize user engagement and conversion rates
– Collaborate with Content, UX, Digital Product, Merchandising, SEO, and Digital Campaign teams to deliver cohesive and impactful digital experiences that integrate strong visuals with compelling storytelling

– You understand the importance of content placement in shaping seamless and user-friendly experiences
– You excel at multitasking and staying organized, easily managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment
– You enjoy building relationships and working collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
– You have basic experience with project and content management tools, helping to streamline workflows and ensure efficiency

As you might expect from a running brand, the E-Commerce team at On is a fast-paced place to be. This team of interdisciplinary all-stars is used to rapid turnaround times and ambitious targets. From engineers to designers, data scientists, and digital marketing specialists, this is the team responsible for creating winning digital products, campaigns and brand stories that run the length of the purchase funnel. The shared goal? Efficient growth at high speed – what else?
