Your mission
– Work with the Customs Excellence Specialist to transform Customs Operations by focusing on the automation of key processes, enhancing efficiency and compliance.
– Assist in tariff classification and preferential origin eligibility automation projects, that aim to ensure accurate and efficient product classification, and help to maximize duty savings and compliance with trade regulations.
– Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues related to new customs tools and processes, ensuring smooth integration and operation.
– Engage in data analysis and reporting to monitor the performance of the automated tools and identify opportunities for further optimization and improvement.
Your story
– Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a relevant degree program in international trade, international economics, supply chain management, international law, customs or a related field.
– Passion for transforming processes through innovative tech solutions.
– Good understanding of tariff classification and preferential trade agreements preferred.
– Strong analytical skills with a knack for data analysis.
– Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to solve complex issues.
– Interest in automation tools and softwares for streamlining processes.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English.
– Eagerness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities efficiently.
