The Role:
As the Sales Executive, you will play an active role in implementing the HOKA sales strategy in France, defining the most appropriate approach for each account based on your analysis.
The ideal candidate will be familiar with the region, highly motivated to deliver sales plans and passionate about our HOKA brand. Fluency in English and French is a requirement for this role.

Your Impact:
- Deliver a premium service for each account through close collaboration
- Implement all actions to optimize the “sell-out” phase: including data analysis, training or retail staff, trade marketing operations
- Own the presentation of new collections and responsible for obtaining orders
- Report field activities to the company including competition activities

Who You Are:
- Strong ability to adapt and be proactive whilst owning multiple projects
- You are an analytical thinker, able to present and communicate with a high attention to detail
- You’re comfortable with working autonomously and travelling every week across your territory
- You are an effective communicator that can present naturally and influence audiences
We would Love to Hear from People with:
- Sales experience in the sports/outdoor/lifestyle/consumer goods sectors
- Confident in negotiations
- Passion for the running/trail/outdoor market and its players is a plus
- Efficient in Excel, Power Point. Understanding of Sales force is a plus
- Previous experience working in a global organisation is a plus
- Clean, valid driving licence
- Fluency in English and French is a requirement for this role.

Missions:
- Mise en application de la stratégie commerciale HOKA et définir l’approche la plus appropriée pour chacun des comptes grâce à vos analyses du client, du marché et de la concurrence.
- Définir les assortiments les plus pertinents, assurer la présentation des collections aux clients et optimiser la prise d’ordres et le réassort.
- Mettre en œuvre toutes actions favorisant l’optimisation de la phase de « sell-out » : Points de gestion, analyse data, marketing/binome FER (formations, testings,…), opérations trade marketing, etc… afin d’atteindre les objectifs de développement sur le secteur.
- Délivrer un service premium pour chaque compte grâce à une collaboration étroite avec les fonctions de support internes (i.e. service clients, marketing, credit, etc.)
- Assurer un reporting quantitatif et qualitatif régulier (i.e. performance des ventes par compte et par catégorie de produits, bilan de saison, etc.) auprès du Senior Sales Manager France, Head of sales et du groupe Deckers.
Profil:
- Une expérience de 2/3 ans minimum dans les secteurs sport/outdoor/lifestyle/grande consommation avec une expérience réussie de commercial « terrain ».
- La maitrise des techniques de vente et de négociation.
- Forte capacité d’adaptation et de proactivité.
- Connaissance et/ou affinité avec le marché du Running/Trail/outdoor et de ses acteurs serait un plus.
- La maitrise des outils informatiques (Excel, Power Point, Sales force…)
- Des compétences analytiques et la capacité à délivrer plusieurs projets tout en gardant une forte attention aux détails.
- La capacité à évoluer dans un environnement international – Anglais courant
