WHAT’S THE MISSION FOR THIS ROLE?
The Sales Support will be responsible for providing optimal level of support to internal
stakeholders and our customers for brand(s) within the relevant channel. This role is to enhance
our sales operations and strategic planning efforts across the Germany (DACH) region, with a
focus on the multi-brand sports and fashion industry. As an integral part of the extended sales
team, this role will lead the development of regional sales strategy in close alignment with other
departments.
WHAT DOES THIS ROLE DO?
As our Sales Support, DACH you will be responsible for:
• Internal stakeholder communication
o Be the first point of contact for our commercial team for any operational questions.
o Collaborate with customer operations teams, sales managers for different brands,
and other stakeholders, like i.e. Marketing and Brand to gather insights and align
strategies.
o Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner,
communicating complex data effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the
organization.
• Sales Analysis
o Analysing orderbooks and providing regular updates to internal stakeholders.
o Conduct thorough analysis of sales data, including sales figures.
o Provide regular reports to the Sales and Strategy Manager, offering insights and
recommendations for improvement.
• Process Improvement
o Identifying potential problems and solutions required to manage Customer OTIF.
o Regular use of excel and PowerBI, liaising with teams to work on continuous
improvements.
o Staying up to date with key milestones across relevant brand(s) and ensure sales
team is on board.
o Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans to drive growth and
market expansion in the DACH region and France
o Support creating processes and operational stability within a growing region.
o Investigate data in ERP and effectively communicate with internal stakeholder.
WHAT DO I BRING TO THE ROLE?
To stand out in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
• Experience in sales operations
• Strong communication skills with the ability to operate across multiple channels and
brands
• An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and act on insights.
• Knowledge in MS Office applications and use of ERP systems
• Fluent in German and high proficiency in English (additional languages including French
would be a plus)
