WHAT’S THE MISSION FOR THIS ROLE?
As our Retail Marketing Manager, you’ll transform global marketing priorities into impactful retail engagement. As an integral part of the extended global marketing team, this role will lead the execution of regional retail marketing plans in close alignment with commercial teams, to grow brand visibility in retail. You’ll be the go-to expert for developing localised retail marketing initiatives that elevate the Endura brand and excite retail partners.

WHAT DOES THIS ROLE DO?
As our Retail Marketing Manager, DACH you will be responsible for:

Strategic Retail Marketing

  • Own the regional retail marketing plan, and lead execution for the DACH region.
  • Develop and implement a localised retail marketing plan aligned with the global marketing roadmap, tailoring initiatives to resonate with regional audiences, acting as a bridge between global marketing teams, local retail partners, and customer to drive brand visibility and sales.

Campaign development and execution

  • Plan and execute retail marketing campaigns in store and digital retail platforms with key accounts.
  • Drive brand presence through events, in-store activations, and regional collaborations.
  • Tailor global campaigns for DACH market to ensure local relevance and impact

Brand visibility & product promotion

  • With a focus on driving visibility of the brand with key accounts and at point of purchase, work with the regional and global teams to deliver retail marketing plans.
  • Oversee visual merchandising and brand representation in key account stores.
  • Coordinate product launches, seasonal promotions, and special campaigns in collaboration with retail partners.
  • Establish landing distinctive and regionally relevant storytelling with retailers in the market.
  • Own the regional sell-in process ensuring delivery of key propositions and marketing materials.

Performance & Reporting

  • Track the effectiveness of retail marketing initiatives, analysing KPIs such as sales uplift, foot traffic, and campaign ROI.
  • Provide regular reports to the Global Senior Marketing Manager, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Create and implement detailed channel plans to execute our strategies and continually evaluate and monitor to secure the delivery of positive ROIs, ensuring local brand marketing investments align to customer and market plans.

Budget Management

  • Manage the retail marketing budget for the DACH region, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Work directly with the commercial team and brand teams to plan annual marketing investment for the brand in the region, ensuring we understand shopper profile and brand strategies inclusive of new product launch plans on a channel by channel & customer by customer basis.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the regional sales teams and work directly with key customers, to deliver customer and channel activation plans that inspire and excite our customer, with accountability for the brand execution.
  • Partner with global brand marketing team to deliver 360-degree customer activation and own tailored briefs, engaging with in-house content and creative team to deliver customer content, ensuring all projects are owned, managed, and measured, taking necessary interventions to keep on track and within brand guidelines.

WHAT DO I BRING TO THE ROLE?
You just might be our next superstar if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Proven expertise in retail marketing, both online and offline.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and act on insights.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (French would be a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of the cycling or sportswear industry in DACH
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in a Marketing role.
  • A passion for consumer-focused innovation and a commitment to collaborative teamwork
