Your main responsibilities:

• Continuous Monitoring and Improvement: Identify issues related to pattern development, propose corrective actions, and define operation procedures for optimal production in collaboration with the industrial teams.
• Innovation: Explore, propose, and develop innovative, high-performance, and reliable solutions.
• Technical Coordination: Centralize and provide the necessary technical files (tech packs, CADs, etc.) for product development.
• Documentation and Production: Create cutting patterns and provide the pilot workshops and factories with the necessary data for sample and finished product production.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in pattern making activities.
• Languages: English level B2/C1 required
• Technical Skills:
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of ProCAM software is a plus
• Innovative Mindset: Ability to explore new approaches, offer suggestions on a daily basis, and address challenges encountered.
