JOB MISSION: 

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting regional financial reporting and analysis across the EMEA region.  

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES: 

Month End, Forecast, and Budget 

  • Support the FP&A Manager and Senior Finance Analyst in preparing and analysing the EMEA month end and EMEA forecast reporting packs; 

  • Support in building and maintaining financial models, templates and forecast tools to aid the budgeting and forecast process; 

Financial Reporting & Commercial Support  

  • Assist with the consolidation, aggregation and review of financial information across EMEA Quarterly business reviews, budget packs and other ad hoc regional reporting; 

  • Assist with the development and collation of standardised reporting tools and templates to help provide clarity and structure across EMEA reporting; 

  • Review and understand existing reporting within the EMEA Finance team with a view to provide improved visibility, more automation, standardised reporting; 

  • See opportunities within BI tools to automate and standardize Regional reporting; 

  • Assist the EMEA Management, Commercial and Financial Information Systems team as necessary on ad hoc requirements and new projects; 

  • Assist and support transition to new EPM and ERP system; 

Requirement for Success 

  • Masters degree in relevant subject: Finance, accounting, Economics, Business (professional certification e.g. ACA / ACCA / CIMA / RA / AA, is a plus); 

  • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a similar role, with exposure to multinational corporations preferred. 

  • Experience of Spotfire, Power BI, or other analytics platforms; 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial modelling and forecasting; 

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide insights and recommendations based on findings; 

  • High degree of accuracy and eye for detail; 

  • Motivated with pro-active attitude focussed on continual improvement of processes and reporting; 

  • Great teammate, strong communication skills and able to build and maintain strong relationship with finance colleagues and across other departments; 

  • Organised, structured, able to manage priorities and work to tight deadlines; 

  • Experience with Microsoft D365 and Oracle desirable, but not essential;
