Amer Sports Global Business Services is seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented individual for the role of Direct to Consumer SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT. Our perfect candidate needs to be able to work in a fast-paced environment of D2C business with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands

What you will be doing:

• Shape D2C Accounting Process within Amer Sports and GBS structures focusing on utilization of newest technical solutions and opportunities (S4 Hana implementation, new payment method integrations)
• Review and propose improvements to existing processes, introduce best practices
• Establish SOX-compliant controls for new process streams
• Cooperate with D2C Team and Team Lead to build knowledge base and increase process quality
• Participate and /or lead projects as SME
• Build and manage good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Identify improvement and development opportunities

What you need to succeed:

• Experience in the D2C – Accounts Receivable Accounting at least 3 years
• Excellent understanding of end-to-end D2C process (E-Commerce & Retail) is a must
• Knowledge of the financial side of D2C business is a must
• Experience in finance/accounting projects or systems implementations
• Continuous improvement mindset, flexible and open-minded
• Ability to build business relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent English in both writing and speaking
• Ability to work under pressure and on a deadline
• Education in finance/accounting/business management is a plus
