As a Digital Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role within the China ECOM Team, working in a dynamic environment where innovative ideas flourish, and you are entrusted with significant responsibility. Your primary focus will be managing paid media strategies across key e-commerce platforms, driving performance to achieve ambitious growth and ROI targets.

Your mission

– Assist the Digital Acquisition Leader in developing annual, quarterly, and monthly promotional strategies for various e-commerce channels, ensuring effective execution and goal achievement.
– Collaborate closely with ISVs and maintain strong communication with TP/DP service providers on platforms such as Tmall, JD, Douyin, and Xiaohongshu. Provide data-driven and audience-based advertising strategy recommendations, monitor campaign performance, and optimize results.
– Work with the internal Digital Marketing team to align on campaign strategies, and ensure effective communication and execution with ISVs and advertising partners. Provide data and audience insights to support content and campaign strategies.
– Evaluate the performance of sales channels based on key metrics such as ROI, CPC, and new customer acquisition rate. Use paid media channels to help platforms establish a healthy and sustainable business growth model.
– Collect and analyze data from service providers, prepare regular summary reports, and provide data-driven insights to support the Acquisition Leader’s decision-making.
– Identify and establish partnerships with emerging media channels to support diversified, cross-platform promotional needs.
– Oversee the entire supplier contract and financial process, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency.

Your story

– You have 3+ years of experience in e-commerce audience analysis or advertising, preferably with an ISV background or in the sports, outdoor, or luxury industries.
– You excel in communication and relationship-building, effectively collaborating across internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g., ISVs and TP DP).
– You are highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.
– You have strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with a proven ability to derive insights from metrics such as ROI, CPC, and new customer share.
– A solid understanding of emerging media channels and the e-commerce ecosystem is a plus, particularly across platforms like Tmall, JD, Douyin, and Xiaohongshu.
– You are fluent in Mandarin with excellent written and verbal English skills, enabling effective communication in a bilingual working environment.
